Information about prices and payment options

Discounted prices for MRI scans, bone density scans and whole-body composition scans apply only when payment is made in advance by bank transfer. Standard prices apply to payments made at the clinic.

Specialist telephone consultations must be paid for in advance by bank transfer.

Payment against the invoice must reach us on the day the invoice is issued and the appointment is booked. If payment is not received, the appointment will be cancelled automatically.

If a patient books an appointment and requests an invoice but does not make the transfer, fails to attend without notifying us, or cancels less than 24 hours before the examination, our centre will be unable to offer further appointments.

Advance payments are non-refundable and apply to a specific examination and appointment. Bookings cannot be changed within 24 hours of the appointment and are not transferable.

Our medical centre accepts cash and bank cards. We do not accept direct payment by health fund card, but health fund members may claim reimbursement for the service using the invoice.

In accordance with applicable legislation, the invoice always includes the name and address of the patient who actually receives the service.

When making a bank transfer, please enter only the exact number of the invoice we issued in the payment reference field. No other information, such as your name or appointment time, is needed. Including the invoice number allows us to identify your payment immediately.

Invoice details can only be changed before payment is transferred. Once the transfer has been completed, we cannot change the name or customer details or issue a health fund invoice.

Please do not transfer money before an invoice has been issued. Do not deposit cash directly into our account at an ATM or bank branch. We cannot accept postal payments or transfers through Revolut.
